How do I order?

You can order you food as follows:

-Select a restaurant

- Go through the menu

- Select your food

- Add food to the cart and press “Buy Now”

-Fill your shipping details

Your order will be confirmed.

What is my delivery fee?

It varies by delivery distance and type of cuisine delivered. However, our aim is to bring the food to your door as soon as possible.

How much time does it take to deliver the food?

Under normal circumstances (no rain and ample amount of drivers), an order in the minimum delivery area should take around 40-60 minutes.

Can I order items that are not on the menu?

No you should order the food that are in the menu.

Do I need to give any tips for the rider?

Well it is not necessary to give any tips to the rider. However, if you wish to give any then it is up to you.

What if there are service issues?

Is the price same for the app and on the restaurant?

We encourage our partner restaurants to list menu items on our website at the same price as the menu items in their restaurant. Any discrepancy between our prices and an in-house price is set by the restaurant, not Justnep.

Can I send food to my friend as a gift if I am not in Nepal?

Yes, you can however if you don’t want your friend to pay our driver upon arrival you should pay one of two ways: PayPal (see instructions above) or other payment getaways. Please contact us in advance to arrange prepayments, so we can get the food to your friend as quickly as possible.

How can I Pay for my orders?

To pay for your own regular order, simply click the "Payment Method” when you are submitting your order and follow the steps provided. If you want to send a gift to a friend, or you can not use the regular process for some other reason, you can manually send us money through our payment gateway. If you choose to pay by manually sending a payment, If you have any questions regarding payment transfers please contact us.

Do you have an app?

Yes! You can also order from justnep through our iPhone or Android app. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to find the download links. We are still actively developing the platform and the app, so please note that the app may not offer every feature that the website has. Usually, Justnep releases new features on the website first and on the app a little bit later.
